and when i check the processing time for Columbus office it shows 5 to 9 months while for Chicago the processing time is 11.5 to 15 months i am confused if i had to sent my file chicago or here in filed office but i had to follow please anyone from Ohio have been through that or any info related to that answers would be really appreciated

You did wait 90 days after you moved before you filed. There is a 90 day residency requirement for N400 that you must live in the new state or district for 90 days before filing. According to the N400 instructions you send it to Chicago, and they will forward it to your local USCIS office for processing. You may want to do it online also, I have seen some posts on here where that has been going faster for them, but with USCIS, who knows. Good luck with the Naturalization.

I would second waiting 90 days in your new address before filing and to file online.
