How can I see my Oath Letter online?

 I got notification that my Oath was mailed to me, but I have not received the letter yet. I was wondering if there is a way to see the letter online. If so, please let me know how. When I log in to my USCIS account page I do not see an option to see documents.

When my wife logged into the online system it contained a documents tab where any notices were eventually uploaded a day or so after she received the notice via email, and she also filed via paper.  We were able to see the oath NOA prior to receiving it in the mail, but if you don’t see that option, then you have to wait for the mail.

Unless you filed online, there is no way to view the notice online. You'll have to wait to receive it by mail.

 

I'd suggest signing up for USPS informed delivery if you're anxious like me 😁You'll get a email everyday in the morning with pictures of your mail.

 

It's not uncommon for USCIS mail to take 5-6 business days, so hang in there!

If you applied after, I believe, October 2017, when USCIS started converting all paper applications into electronic ones, you’ll have to wait for a physical letter in the mail. Otherwise, it will show up in the Documents tab on the MyUSCIS portal a day or two after your oath is scheduled. 

 

I applied on paper in November 2017 and got my oath letter uploaded to the portal after my application was approved. USCIS just scanned my application and converted it into an electronic one, with an IOE number and such.
