Babies Birth certificate and passport copy

Question for Bank statements, I am planning to submit our Checking Account statements for 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 (I am only uploading three for each year where it's applicable(Jan, July and Oct)

Is this list good or do I need to add more or remove anything?

I think you’re good with just:

-green card

-the marriage certificate

-birth certificates of wife and child(don’t think you need to do both the birth certificate and passport, one or the other is fine)

-3 years IRS transcripts

-apartment lease (not really necessary but good to just to show you have lived in the district for the required amount of time)

That’s plenty. It’s not like adjustment of status or removal of conditions. You don’t need all that extra stuff unless you’ve spent a lot of time out of the country and you’re trying to prove that you didn’t abandon your residency.

I agree with the above responses.  You have more than enough information and in fact lease, insurance, bank statements and tax information is not really necessary for the N400.  My wife sent her package with only the required evidence requested in the N400 instructions as we had an I751 package pending that contained all the relationship evidence.

Good Luck!

If you were applying online, after filling out all the questions you will have a list with collapsible categories for the types of documents you will need to submit. Takes most of the guesswork out. Plus photos would not be required: they are taken at your biometrics appointment - that being said, take note that you need to be sure you are good with the picture they take, that is the one that will get printed on your naturalization certificate.

Offhand though I would say you have a good list.

Quick question: provide last five years of work / education history: is it okay to add an entry or two beyond the five years or just five years?

If certain entries overlap or start earlier than 5 years, that is ok.
