Hi guys, I’m just confuse. I fill up a form for naturalization ( n-400). Is there anyway you can help me of what are the requirements since my husband pass away last may 2017. I know I need to submit a photo copy of my green card and his death certificate and I even have our marriage certificate but but what else? Hoping someone can help me.... thank you so much... you guys have a good day..

You're doing naturalization under the 5 year rule, right?  Meaning you have had a green card for at least 5 years (minus the 90 days early filing period), right? If so, here are the guides, process, and requirements:

If you wanted to interview under the 3 year rule, you cannot. Sorry.

10/14/17: Biometrics appointment notice received, 10/25/17: Biometrics

1/2/18: EAD + AP approved (no website update), 1/5/18: EAD + AP mailed, 1/8/18: EAD + AP approval notice hardcopies received, 1/10/18: EAD + AP received

9/5/18: Interview scheduled notice, 10/17/18: Interview

10/24/18: Green card produced notice, 10/25/18: Formal approval, 10/31/18: Green card received

K-1:

5/1/2017: Case received by Manila (1 week embassy transfer??? Lucky~)

7/13/2017: Interview: APPROVED!!!

7/19/2017: Visa in hand

8/15/2017: POE

Geowrian thank you...I am a 10 years gc holder. I receive my gc last Jan 2011 so so it’s 7 years since I got my gc.😊
