Make an appointment at the US Embassy in Manila when you are there to obtain it.  I believe the fee is $50 (cash) or at least it was when I did it.

You'll fill out a form list any prior marriages and divorces.  They will have you swear your statements are true and then sign and stamp it.

Check with wherever you are getting your marriage license at first though.  Some provinces won't accept the Embassy document

Only need a gross income of $20,575 for two people.   No co-sponsor needed.  ;)

Do you list your parents as dependents on your tax return?   NO?   Then they don't count.        If YES then there are FOUR

Otherwise there are two, YOU and your FUTURE BRIDE  = 2

Lastly the embassy in Manila does accept co-sponsors with the K-1 (but are not required to),  they only consider close family members -  parents, siblings.

No i do not list them as dependants.. But i had like a 20 ish page discussion on here last year and was told it matters howmany ppl are in the household. So thats arpund $31k a year. My father was going to co sponcer but found out phil doesnt accept cosponcer for the k1 visa.

Are you 100% absolutely. Positive thats how it is?

Yup, I am 100% positive.    The point that must of been "avoided" in that 20-ish page discussion was - what is a household?

"Your" household is not the number of people that live under the same roof.

DEFINITION of 'Member Of Household' A member of household is a person who is claimed as a dependent when filing year-end tax forms. Such a dependent allows a taxpayer to qualify for the dependency exemption.

Tax filer + spouse + tax dependents = household
Relationship Include in household?
Unborn children No
Non-dependent child or other relative living with you No
Dependent parents Yes
Dependent siblings and other relatives Yes
