That question I think it's better for someone with more experience than me to help you.
I believe that I-864W is sent along with Form I-912 which is the Form to request the fee waiver. It is where you explain who is responsible for your financial support.
You should check this with someone else ...

I-864W is a form on its own that replaces i-864 exempting Vawa applicant from affidavit of support reqirements. It is not a fee waiver but rather exempt one from submitting an affidavit of support.

Hello everyone, someone who can help me with this:

On June 20 I received an RFE of good moral character, in that letter did not specify the maximum date to respond to said RFE, but as I could read, on the official USCIS website, the maximum time to respond to new RFE evidence requests It's 87 days.
My lawyer sent the response from the RFE on September 7 and the receipt from Fedex says that USCIS signed the package as received on September 10, but on the USCIS page it says that they received my response on September 24, or be, 96 days after I was asked for the RFE.

My attorney has not yet received the physical receipt from USCIS.

I wonder what will happen to my case, will they deny my case?

I appreciate your opinion on this.

Thank you very much….

It's a hard guess with the time. It's up to USCIS to decide because as it stands now USCIS is unpredictable with their changes. I don't think your lawyer should have waited all this while before responding. Unless maybe it took a while to get it done.

But still same let's keep our fingers crossed and stay positive.

God bless 👍

There is not uscis fees to renew the work permit if you are  using same category C9.

The original EAD was with fee waiver related to I-485.  They are asking for fee waiver or to pay the 410.00. Since working, I am not in the same financial situation as when I filed for fee waiver.  I am able to pay rent! Get my own apartment, pay utilities, etc...should I still submit fee waiver????

If you can pay your bills, why do you need a waiver? Unless you can prove that your bills exceed your income. Isn’t the waiver based on financial hardship? Why risk a delay?

Hi,
Please help me with this I do not know what to do!

Please help me with this, I am very sad, do not know all the effort and money that I have spent and the lawyers only lose my case ...
On June 20 I received an RFE of good moral character, in that letter did not specify the maximum time that USCIS granted to respond, I mean, had no maximum date in which said RFE should respond; But as I could read, on the official USCIS website, the maximum time to respond to new RFE evidence requests is 84 days (https://www.uscis.gov/ilink/docView/AFM/HTML/AFM/0- 0-0-1 / 0-0-0-26573 / 0-0-0-28582.html # 0-0-0-853).

E-mail:
Status of your case: Review of the response to the request for evidence
On September 24, 2018, we received your response to our request for evidence for your Form I360, AMERICAN PETITION, WIDOW (A) OR SPECIAL IMMIGRANT, Receipt Number XXXXXXXX. Our Vermont Service Center office will start working on your case again. We will mail you a decision or we will notify you if we need anything from you. If you change your address, visit www.uscis.gov/addresschange to notify us of your new mailing address.

Once the USCIS has received a response to the request for evidence at the indicated time, we review the evidence or information that you have provided. If you delivered the requested evidence, we will continue with the evaluation of your request or request in light of the new evidence.

My lawyer sent the response from the RFE on September 7 and the receipt from Fedex says that USCIS signed the package as received on September 10, but on the USCIS page it says that they received my RFE response on September 24, 96 days after they sent me the RFE request, 12 days later than the maximum time allowed.

My lawyer tells me that she has not yet received the physical receipt from USCIS.

Along with the response from the RFE, forms I-485 and I-765 were also sent.

I wonder what will happen to my case:
1. Will they deny my case?
2. When will I know if they accepted the response from the RFE or if they rejected it because they were late?
3. Why did USCIS take 14 days to make the receipt after Fedex delivered the package?
4. What can I do?

I appreciate your opinion on this.
Thank you very much….

Exactly @Pinkrlion just pay the money or maybe u don’t need the Card urgently a waiver is for people who don’t even have a job or money!its like abusing the system!I don’t have a job and I have financial hardship but my lawyer insisted on paying that money just to prevent any delays ‘

You really need to calm down!! You take everything in a negative way!you have to be positive.USCIS always take into consideration the mailing date and not the delivery date!At this rate you might develop hp before ur approval! You need to be positive!

You have to complete the form i-864W which means you do not need affidavit of support. i-864W  replaces form i-864 for VAWA applicants

Sorry that's mean I need to submit i 864w along with I 485 application?   Does 864w is required ?

Thank you for your help .
