You need a new affidavit at least 7 pages explain how u met your husband, where u use to go out for diner, or cooked for him, his preffered dishes, movies, gift you guys bought each other when ya felt in love explain it in details, then talk about the abuse in very details with proof in case u went to hospital, or shelter, police report why u decide to call tem.

 If u dont respond to their RFE you already know what gonna happen, please take chance of that rfe and get your petition approved.

I can see that your lawyer is not good in vawa at all but only care about the money. Dont hesitate if u need more advice. Good luck

Your affidavit should have at least 7 pages, nobody can describe the abuse suffered in 3 pages and about bonafide marriage, the affiants can write 2/3 pages. The affiants should  describe when and where she  met you. She should mention what she knows about the courtship, about the proposal. The person has to mention when she found out that your dating,if she met your husband before you got married, mention if she attended the wedding ceremony and celebration, if any, if not she should explain why not. The person should explain if he/ she talked with your husband when you were dating, what they talked about it, how many times they talked over the phone or facetime if the person met your husband then the person has to mention when and where. Mention if the person went to your house, if she saw your husband there,  what she observed regarding the interaction between you and your husband. How she found about the abuse, if you told her when the abuse was happening or after you left your husband? . You should mention all these things too in your affidavit and what you spent the hollidays when you were living with your husband, how you celebrated your brithday,his birthday, if you travelled with him and when, how many times you met his family  before you got married and where, if his family attended the wedding, ceremony,who attended your wedding, what you used to do when dating,trips/MOVIES?DINNER OUT?explain. When you met his friends and where, and when he met your friends and where, who visited you after the wedding, what you and your husband wore in your wedding day, if he gave you any gifts and vice versa during the time of the courtship and marriage. Mention if  you told about the abuse to your family,friends or his family when the abuse was happening?why you continued living with him after being abused.Mention a litle bit about your background and about your family as well.

i had interview last week & the questions were yes & no from I485 lasted for 10mins  at the officer didnt gave me any decsion, will be mailed & they took my I94 card, is it a good sign

Hello, i am still collecting documentation that i will need for my case. I need to get police reports to prove good behavior from 2 different states that i am no longer living at. Can someone tell me how i do this? Can i just call them and ask then to send my something stating i have no criminal record there...or do i have to actually go in person?

Only supervisors are allowed to approve you right then and there. It is normal that they don’t make a decision immediately if the officer was not a supervisor. No need to worry.

Today , I got an update on my case stating that On August 28, 2018, we transferred your Form I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR ADJUST STATUS. 

 

Basicly  it took 3 weeks from my Vawa approval. The wait starts again.

My status have update yesterday that they approved my vawa after 2 months i received EAD C31.

I am waiting to receive the approval letter.

How long after you received the EAD C31 did you received approval letter? Today I got an email update for I-360 saying "your card is under production". For the experiences here in VJ I'm guessing it's an approval.

I received EAD C31 on June 19, after that 2 months on August 27 i had update my case is approved.

It means i got EAD before approval over 2 months.

I think your case is approved.

I haven't got approval letter. They said they will mail to me. I am waiting for coming.
