How do you figure?

I received those upgrate before 5 to 6 times and 7 times they approved 1 week ago before the status changed online.

So they are taking action

@aquila updates are on 360

For some reason I get those emails but it's hard to determine which one they are working on. My 485 just says CASE STATUS and I should contact the USCIS contact center for more Information which they obviously won't provide over the phone.

My 360 still shows that they received my rfe as of April 5,2017.

I'm a Feb 2017, filer

Rfe March 15, 2017

Rfe received April 5, 2017

So that's my situation

Can you file i-360 and 1-765 alone without i-485?.

@sandranj

You can, but then you will receive the work permit just after VAWA approval, if you need the work  permit before Vawa aproval  then you have to file for adjustment of status.
