VSC has jurisdiction over your case until your VAWA has been adjudicated. Your attorney should have sent the application directly to VSC I had a similar experience where the i765 was sent to NBC instead of VSC and it had to be transferred to VSC from NBC. I got my EAD relatively quick I think it was faster for me than some others I have seen, just bear in mind our experiences may differ. Just hang in there and keep your fingers crossed you may get the new card soon. Given that you are an April filer you tentatively could get your EAD under C31 soon also. I wish you all the best.

Did you made the transferred yourself by contacting USCIS or they made that transfer internally

I would wait a couple more weeks and then make an InfoPass appointment if you still haven’t received it.

I got mine after 7 days,@iwillsurvive please I need some help here so on my approval notice it says priority date is August 2016 because they transfer my priority date from my I-130 so does it means my adjustment of status will be faster?thanks

Priority date matters for those who abuser/spouse was LPR when they file VAWA, and they have to wait for priority date to be current to file AOS once Vawa is approved. But if your abuser was USC and your previous i485 was held them it will continue according to your local field office.  I also request my I130 Priority date to be transfer to my I360 because my abuser is an LPR so i don't have to wait any time to continue with my AOS once my vawa is approved.

if Your Abuser was LPR? and you don't have an i485 on hold than YES!  please keep track of the visa bulletin. here is the link: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/legal/visa-law0/visa-bulletin.html USCIS is accepting AOS in the DATE OF FILLING CHART for the months of August and September 2018,  and they working  priority dates for F2A (Spouse) from December 2017 and Down yours is August 2016, you can send your i485 this month or September.

Than you can send you AOS package to USCIS already. USCIS is accepting AOS under the Date of filling chart date which is all priority dates before December 2017, for the month of August and September 2018, if you cannot file withing this two month check USCIS website to see if October 2018 they still using the Date of filling Chart some months they change to final action date chart. Good Luck!!
