Hi everyone hope you are having a good weekend. I was wondering why web page of USCIS doesn't show anything I start the process in October 15th and the only communication I had was denied my waiver fee and to do my fingerprint and the page doesn't show nothing, I haven't received any mail confirmation for them that they received my money order nor that they receive my fingerprints I haven't received nothing so I'm kind of worried why they don't send me anything is already a month ....any thoughts. I send all the package. I include my affidavit approximately 5 Pages, pictures of our marriage and abuse. two letters from my boss and a friend talking about my good moral character a letter from my pastor who talks about  how I went to him to ask for marriage counselor and how the marriage were deteriorating with time and how scared I was and report of my Psychology doctor, approximately 7 pages and the police clearance by DOJ. Fingerprint scan. and for proof of residence only magazines that comes to our home. No bills or insurance no taxes no joint bank account.  I dont have nothing on my name with him.

Hello @Sandra and others can you kindly advise two RFEs were sent separately on my case on  November 2 and 9, my Attorney is yet to receive them.

He has sent e-request to this effect.

But personally i am worried. Is there any other way to push for this?

I am tracking my case through my online account where i get alerts on updates, thats how I know.

Kindly advise.

Hi a little more patience is handy at the moment..you are certainly not out of processing times..there are so many cases from feb march april may yet to be approved! You are not alone! When you case is out of processing time tgen you can enquire yourself or through your congressman..senator..etc..keep praying!

Hi everyone! I received an RFE 32 days ago, and it doesn’t state any deadline. I’m still waiting for an affidavit from my mom abroad, she just shipped it and might take 1-2 weeks to get here. I’ve read here somwhere that people who receive RFE letters w/o deadlines are expected to respond within 87 days, is this correct? I just want to make sure.

That's Extremely Good News .. So USCIS still sending RFE for all types Cases or applications for any applicant summited his/her case after September 11 instead of they just denied the case without sending RFE .. Thanks for clarification this Matter .

After September 11, USCIS denies VAWA case without generating RFE if petitioner didn't have included all the required documents per checklist. If petitioner submitting VAWA with all the required documents, then in future USCIS  will issue the RFE  for additional evidence if they need to approve the case.

It should be 87 days to respond back! All RFE’s have one. Send it ASAP best! I sent mine within 20 days, I got my EAD after 32 days. Good Luck!

@jamaica fineness  Thank you dear I hope all is well with you too. Prima Facie is only useful for public benefits when you apply for Medicaid, financial aid for school and/or food stamps (varies by state).

You must have an EAD on hand to seek employment legally. I hope that you submitted I-765.
