Affidavit from friends

2 of them witnessing the abuse.

Police clearance from that state.

Am I missing something that they will need again?

Yes explaining how we met courtship, marriage and abuse. I'm paralyzed by this additional evidence. Once i get the letter. I will update y'all what they need again.

Yes I sent all police clearance from the state's  that I've lived here and clearance from my country when they issued my RFE for good moral character.  I'm just so down. Should I go for a physiological evaluation? Will it help the case? Is too late to do one. I'm not trying to fabricate proof. But what else can I do?

Yea it’s true did you write your own affidavit how everything happened between you and your husband but still all you sent is enough proof but did your write your own ordeal how the abuse started

Just that from IL, so they issued fee asking me to summit everywhere I lived in the state and my home country and I've done that. They received on Nov 9th.

What do you mean by just that from IL?? And see Dnt let me lie to you you have done all the right thing you are supposed to do and the only thing that you didn’t send before had been sent which is moRal character...what am asking you is that when You first submitted your vawa application did you put moral and character in it or it was after they send rfe for it you later sent It

Am really following your case wanna see what the rfe is all about but Dnt get to scared you have done the right thing ...I think your officer is just too mean cause they are requesting for frivolity but let’s wait and see do not let your heart be troubled people who sent only joint statement had been approved so just settle your mind and Dnt worry too much uscis are the bunch of fools just put your mind at rest what will be will be and if what will be didn’t be that’s not the end of the world life continues so let them abuse their power just wait till the rfe gets to you and let’s seee what’s there..thanks

Regardless of everything else you should go to therapy and get a pshycatric evaluation, for your own health. 

It is handy too for your inmigration process because it proofs you went through a Psychological Abused which is even worst than Physical. Go seek medical help! Good Luck!

Please let's be mindful of our words calling "uscis bunch of fools"😳, remember these people are also humans. Yes she sent alot of evidence but it is also possible some were misplaced or the officer is simply not satisfied, they sure have the right to request more documents. Aslo bear in mind that every case is unique in it's own way.

Do anyone has a phycatric they can recommends and how many sessions could be recommended? I'm in Dallas Tx. Pls share with a sister here... thank you.

You need to go to a General Dr, he or she will refer you to Psychiatrist then to a Therapist. What area do you live?
