I dont think my spouse withdraw ye because i checked the status online, me social worker advised i move out of our house so he does not harm me, we are separated, but i dont know what he is up to. because we have not communicated.

I just looked on the processing time and it is showing March 11 2017,  I have filled in February 2017.  should I go for an info pass or what any advice?  any february 2017 filers still pending?

Hello everyone.. hope all is well and pray everyone (,including myself) receive some good news soon. I have a question does anyone know of any place in Newport News Virginia who offer free therapy sessions for people with our case. I am mentally having an extremely hard time with everything that I've went through and is going through.. I can't afford to pay as I haven't gotten my ead yet. I really need someone to talk to..

I filed mine in Feb 2017, two days ago I sent a notarized letter in a form of a service request and case outside normal processing times to Vermont.

Waiting to see what happens next.

i left the states 8/11/2018 ..  was planning to come back 10/10/2018 but i got medical emergency i was i was adviced to take rest for at least 3 weeks so i changed my ticked to 11/10/2018 

i went through the process at the airport smoothly .. officers were very proffissional and friendly .. i went to the secondary  inspection room down stairs .. the officer asked me few questions .. where did you go ? why ? and for how long ? Then he stamped my passport and gave it me and saied welcome back to the states have agreat night !! That’s all (Boston Logan Airport)

i have overstayed my b1/b2 for 8 months before i send my packages .. and also i have a dissmissed criminal case and i stayed outside the states for 3 months .. 

i just wanted to give you postive energy and share with you my good experience .. 

if any one of you have this card and want to travel my advice just use it !!

Hi, I bought my ticket to see my family after 4 years. Leaving next week. Can you tell us a little more about how the secondary inspection room part? Was it just a 5min stop? Do they get confused when you show them a passport with an expired visa and an AP? What did you tell them first when you showed your passport and AP?

 

Where did you go? —-> My home country?

Why? —> to visit my family?

For how long? —-> duration of the trip

Hello All, I am new here. Congratulations to everyone that has been approved. For WE waiters, God will see us thru. Below is my timeline:

 

MAR 2017 - Filed I360, 1485, I765

MAY 2017 - I765 APPROVED (c9)

NOV 2017 - I360 & I485 DENIED (because of No Good Moral Char. from my home country)

DEC 2017 - Attorney Filed appeal including Good moral character.

FEB 2018 - I360 & I485 REOPENED

MAR 2018 - I765 (c9) Renewal sent

MAY 2018 – RECEIVED 1797C with 180days Auto Extension (which will end NOV ending)

I called the 1800 number and I was given Vermont address to contact them.

What do I do? I have 2 weeks till the 180-days extension expires. PLEASE HELP!

Renew it asap with copies of the current 180 day extension. In your cover letter please state that you never received your ead card and you only had 180 days extension notice of which you have included a copy.

I went without an appointment and they helped. Just be very clear and make sure you ask someone who knows about VAWA
