@Ilo My attorney missed few documents, and some documents were awaited like (some records from Non profit organizations, as they take their time to release the info) . so I have got the remaining 5% documents to be sent. But my attorney is not replying since last 7 days, either she knows she can not send it. 

 

So that is why I am asking below queries. Pls reply😢

Can I send the documents to USCIS by myself ?

Or 

Do we have to fire the attorney, and then only USCIS will consider the documents which I will send.

I just got a CA ID about a month ago and I had the same status when I called DMV. Then I googled about it and found the phone number for DMV Legal Presence Department. It took me 4-5 days to be able to talk to someone but the guy on the phone checked my application and told me I’d get my ID in the mail in 2 weeks. And it came. Here is the number 916 657 7445.

 

Keep calling early in the morning and a few times during the day. You will get someone on the phone eventually.

Sandra if you get time can u pls answer or anyone else I have a question my vawa got reopened and approved my daighter was under my petition as initially we both had  ead from i485 But after i360 approval only my c31 ead came but not hers . Now my question why she didn’t get automatically her ead as she was under my petition if not then do i have to refile i765 for her then which category as hers i485 is also reopened and pending now like mine and where shud i send now  Vermont ?Can she also renew her license showing her pending i485 as she doesn’t  have ead. To show at dmv . Can i also show my petition as she was undrr me waiting for approval notice of i360 ehich has been sent like 10 days ago..

Pls she is not driving since 1 yr...

I don't think that would change anything because you did not ask for an extension from uscis to submit your response, and I assume the deadline they gave you already passed, so they will be making a decision based on your first response. Hope for the best and keep praying for approval, God answers prayers.

My GC interview has been scheduled. I remember someone asking if your file was at the office prior to VAWA because of prior i485 based on marriage, whether it could speed up the process, in my case it seems it did. Vawa submitted Feb, 2017 and approved Late Jun 2018, Interview scheduled within 3 months. Now my only concern is whether I should pay this 3k my lawyer wants as a cost for airfare and legal cost to attend the interview. Keep up the faith guys. God is in control, I know some of you have been waiting for a while and it seems like its taking forever. I believe though that when it seems like nothing is happening and you are at your breaking point that's sometimes when we get that breakthrough, I know, I have been there. Hang in there, your time is coming soon.

 

I am just hoping that the interview goes smooth and I get an instant approval.

They gave you 87 days to submit the documents then VSC will not consider the documents that you will submit after 87 days and when answering an RFE is mandatory to include the ORIGINAL RFE.

Im in an abusive marriage and hope to end it soon.,  I have pending i 130 and i 485,

I read on USCIS site that $435 i-360 fee is exempted for abused spouse but i am not sure, please help?

Also, i will like to know if i can transfer my pending i 485 to this new i 360, i read it is possible but i dont know how to go about it, Please help?

Did you get I-130 answer? the I-485 won't happen if you don't have the I-130 approval.

The only fee waived is for the I-1765,  I filed last May 2017.

Once you get the I-360, I-485  and I-765 filed all processing starts over again keeping your priority date from the I-130 for your I-485 if you were 

married with a US-citizen, that is my understanding... I am not a lawyer, I am just an applicant like you.

VSC is very slow in processing applications, I waited 18 months to get approved (I-360) still waiting for my approval notice and to get transfer to get my I-485 set.

@sandranj Is it true for the documents, that were awaited from other agencies like NGO who helped me to get out of abusive relationship.  NGO sent me email that they will provide me the documents after 30 days. I sent this letter in my RFE response with other evidances.  Also she forgot to attache 911 call transcripts in RFE response, which was the main evidence.

 

I received NGO documents last week and sent to my attorney one week before. My Attorney said, she will send it soon as Additional Evidences + 911 call transcripts. 

 

So  My Attorney is making fool of me or she is passing time so that I should not send it by myself, and she would get a result basis on the 

 

Should I  send documents by myself, quoting how my immigration attorney making fool of me (by my follow up mails as attachments) , by not sending the documents timely as 7 days has been passed and everyday counts? I will send the Orignial RFE + Additional Evidences + 911 call transcripts.

@chei-360 I had similar case but with the Waiver 601-A (1/31/17) and the I-130 (6/8/16) (both approved previously) once I filed I-360, I-485, I-765 I re-start the process again. My I-485 was due for May 2017 but never made it due to the Domestic Abused (heartbroken and sadly...) on 8/10/2018 my I-130 got revoked so my best advise is to gather all evidence to file right away your I-360 Packet if you were marry to a USCitizen.

It is frighten and dangerous to keep waiting with the Abuser, you never know what is going on inside their minds.

Find therapy, create your support team, get out to start over asap.

i just came back to the sates safely yesterday without any problems using my advance parole .. 

i ‘ve asked before in this forum about  using this document many advised me not to leave untill i get my i360 approved .. but i decided to go see my mum ❤️

My PD : 2/20/2018 

EAD/AP : 5/2/108

i left the states 8/11/2018 ..  was planning to come back 10/10/2018 but i got medical emergency i was i was adviced to take rest for at least 3 weeks so i changed my ticked to 11/10/2018 

i went through the process at the airport smoothly .. officers were very proffissional and friendly .. i went to the secondary  inspection room down stairs .. the officer asked me few questions .. where did you go ? why ? and for how long ? Then he stamped my passport and gave it me and saied welcome back to the states have agreat night !! That’s all (Boston Logan Airport)

i have overstayed my b1/b2 for 8 months before i send my packages .. and also i have a dissmissed criminal case and i stayed outside the states for 3 months .. 

i just wanted to give you postive energy and share with you my good experience .. 

if any one of you have this card and want to travel my advice just use it !!

If your spouse withdraws the l864 then USCIS will deny the l485 and you need to refile again, but if she doesn’t withdraw then when you will go to the AOS interview you should ask the officer to put the AOS on hold until final AOS adjudication,the officer might put on hold or not.
