He can denounce you to ICE, but he can't bring ICE to the Court date. ICE shows up when they want, they will not go to a specific place together with the  person who denounced you, and in case you see any ICE agent just show that you filed VAWA, and you will be fine. DO NOT SHOW your VAWA papers in Court to your husband or to his attorney.

Threat of deportation after the separation  doesn't have much weigh, the abuse must have happened when you were living with your husband.

Sandra, thanks a lot for answering me, deeply appreciated.

Don’t worry, ICE does not have the time to accompany anyone for a non-criminal alien who has a pending petition with USCIS.  He is just trying to scare you and have control over you even after you broke up. It’s the same cycle of abuse. You need to block his number so he can’t contact you anymore. Do not communicate with him. Cut him out.

I suggest you only reply with what you are being asked.

Thanks a lot for answering my question.

Thank you so much for sharing. I just leave the office where the took my fingerprint. BTW just one finger! In Oakland center california. Really friendly people and get in and out in 10 min.

After my receipt notice and this notice for fingerprint I haven't receive yet prima facie... Is that normal? Thanks again!

@sandranj   My immigration attorney is not sending additional evidances since last 7 days, and her paralegal saying that they are reviewing.

Can I send the documents to USCIS by myself ?

Or

Do we have to fire the attorney, and then only USCIS will consider the documents which I will send.

Or

Tell me amicable way of resolving this, as it has been 20 days passed, my attorney has responded RFE response and she missed few documents, which we are sending now as Additional documents. As per RFE , USCIS makes decision within 60 days of RFE response.

Please please reply.😰

Vermont Center takes the longest to respond, my experience as follows:

15 months 12 days....

9/07/2018 RFE

9/27/2018 RFE at Vermont Center

32 days (not bad...)

10/29/2018 Work Permit valid for 1 year

I haven’t get Approval Notice yet...

waitinh to hear from Vermont Center 🤷🏻‍♀️

So be aware, I hope they respond back to you much sooner comparing with mine.

Your statement is not very clear, if uscis request evidence you are required to submit all evidence at once else your case will be denied, you can not send your response in two separate mail.
