@Gogetter18 Yes! That is definitely normal.  Everyone's case is adjudicated differently and is based on the individual officers. I received receipt notices roughly two weeks after I filed, biometrics three weeks later, and prima facie 3 months later.

 

Everything will work out just fine.

1. How long is it going to take for them to receive it and continue working on my case?

@monoxidelullaby If you sent the response to them through priority mail, then you should be able to track when USCIS received it. They normally mark it received on your case within 1 to 3 business days of receiving it.

 

Yes. The combo card will be delayed until they receive the RFE but as soon as they receive it, they will continue to work on your case.

I filed 09/11/18

They received it 09/17/18

Got NOA 09/25/18

I received biometrics notice 09/28/18

I did the biometrics one week earlier than my scheduled date which was for today actually, so I'm just waiting now for the next step

I'm not sure about this. I would assume if they have a degree/title to preform the psychological evaluation that would make it valid for immigration purposes. 

I've never heard that you can do one online.

Hi All....Thx Sandra for all guidance ... My case was reopened after filing 290B on Tuesday

16 oct 2018 and today i got an email that my new card has been approved...

Looks like they approved my I 360.

Thx guys i was depressed as reopening a case is really rare to get it approved its because of all your prayers...

Based on current processing time, it takes about 16.5 to 21 months from the date on your i-360 receipt notice, to get adjudicated or issue any futher RFE(s)

I applied back in 03/22/2013  and after the bio-metrics they didn't ask for anything else. 

I guess i submitted all the information they needed ( thanks to our angel Sandra! ) 

My VAWA was approved on 01/29/2014. But that was back in 2013 the processing times have changed.

If you file 756/131/485 concurrently, you may expect to receive your EAD/AP combo card after 3-6 months after filing.

 

RFEs on your i-360 does not effect processing of your 765/131, unless they issue RFEs specifically for these applications.
