got a text saying my application has been updated and email saying that 'they ordered my new card" what card? And also in the website says “New card is being produced. But not update saying that my application has been approved can you please help with that

sep-30-2018 I went to Texas Identogo do criminal History record , for police clearance .

But I have one reject charge criminal in the history record.

i am worry about that will be effect me Vawa case . I not yet submit to the USCIS .

 

Do you think so effect my vawa case ? How can I remove this rejects charge in my history record?

 

I have One case in sep-30-2016 , I ex called police , he was  lie to police officer , and then police pick me in the jail .after 2days I get out from county jail . In the Court day , I went to court house outside ,the police officer in there .they said already reject it. No charge ,no court date .No need go to court . No filed .

 

but why I still have this record  in my criminal history record ?

Do you think so effect my vawa case ? How can I remove this rejects charge in my history record?

I-360 already approved and then sent to you C-31 working permit card

You can file your I-485 at any time. Processing times are long, so I suggest you file sooner than later. 

You will need to file I-864W along with it. You may file I-765 category C9 if you want to work and don’t already have a work permit and I-131 if you want to travel. 

If you can prove that you can’t pay the filing fee, then you can fill out the fee waiver I-912.

When you have only filed the 360 and your online status shows "card being produced' or 'ordered new card' it means your 360 was approved and they are issuing you the c31 EAD that you requested when filing. The online system and text notifications is a courtesy USCIS offers- not sure why they are not adding the message that the 360 was approved since its confusing people but since its a courtesy system you cant really expect that much I guess.

You can submit form l485 for your child, don’t file l765. If your child is under 14.Work permit is issued to work.
