You can check processing times here for I-765: https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

It says it currently takes 3-5 months (this is counted from receipt date). It says you are outside of the regular processing times and can inquire if your receipt date is May 12th or earlier. If your receipt date is after May 12th, you are considered within normal processing times and cannot inquire.

No July 2017 approvals to my knowledge. It seems they have started on some early June.

My timeline..recieved vawa application 7/9/18. Notice date is 7/13/18. Got prima facie 7/25/18. Did finger print for i360,i785,485..on 8/7/18, got ead on the 9/25/18..please do u think I will still recieve rfe since I haven’t gotten it still now? And how long will my i360 take to be approved and again how can I get a job..being filling application forms and yet to hear from where I went..I need a job urgently..thanks as u reply and am new here and still learning how to use this

12/14/2016.   Biometric done

01/25/2017. EAD approved

01/31/2017.  EAD card in mail box

11/24/2017. EAD renewal sent

01/08/2018. EAD approved

03/08/2018. l 360 approved no RF

03/15/2018. l 485 transferred to local office

08/16/2018. Received interview letter for 10/02/2018

10/02/2018. Interview lasted about five minutes.

10/03/2018. Received notification that card is ordered

10/05/2018. Received notification that card is mailed to me.

So now I am waiting for my 10yrs green card through VAWA.

If you are waiting just wait in faith.

Today the system reminded me that they still have no update for me, am a June filler no RFE at all 477 days since my application was received. Am keeping the faith and trusting God for an answer this month. Congratulations to those who have their approvals. And praying for those waiting for their approvals.

I need some advice :

I already had my interview on january 17th, 2018, and The IO said that my GC was approved. 

I did not receive it, I did infopass, my lawyer did an infopass too and now they said that my GC was not approved yet and they are doing a background review. 

I already requested the representative and senator help, but they did nothing on my behalf. 

I asked my lawyer to do something and he said that I have to wait, but wait until when??? 

Im so frustrated and anxious. 

Anyone here had the same experiencie??

Not yet,all my cases filed in July 2017 were approver but I still have cases filed  May and June still pending adjudication.
