1st Prima Facie On October 18, 2016

1st AP On 07/31/2017 (filed and received the same day for emergency) 

I use the AP to travel a few times since with no issues

2nd Prima Facie June 14 2017

2nd EAD Filed On 9/11/2017 Approved on 10/10/2017(no biometrics)  Approved in 1 month

filed for 3rd Prima Facie on September 13, 2017. 

Got 3rd Prima Facie in November set to expire in January. (60 days) 

Approval I-360 January 16, 2018

I 485 Transferred several time April 5. 2018

3rd EAD filed on Sept 21 2018

 

 

 

 

I recieved a few fee waiver for all application and I sent a very detailed filed to USCIS during the 130 and 1485 stage in December 2015 and I did the same very detailed file in filing 360.

 

i had police reports

restaining orders

court orders

pictures of abuse

arrest records

prosecution official letter stating I was never charged and that my spouse was charged for menacing and physical abuse 

Doctor gave sworn statements 

therapist gave evaluation

i had included previous documents for Bona Fide marriage 

letters from my college lecturers and tutors 

letter from my job 

and letters from friends

Letter from shelter 

 

I wrote a detailed statement From dating, marriage, to when abuse started and when I leave the marriage. 

 

 

all documents submitted are all sworn statements 

 

I’m waiting until December if I don’t get an adjudication by then to contact Congressman for help

Someon have an idea How Much exactly it cost the filling fee for adjustment status in 2018 , Is it $1,140 or $1,225 ?  

Do we have to write two sperate check one for $1,140 and other one $85 for Biometrics or just total $1,225 must write in one check ? All Check and applications and requirements Must file with Vermont Even after vawa approved ? Thanks in advance .

How many papers are we supposed to fill iknow 1 485, 1765 and 1864 for affidavit. What else am i missing please help i need to submit the collect forms

As Sandra told Us Before Make Sure to submit i864w for affidavit support not i864 .. Unfortunately I don't know how Much filing fee Cost !!

so the status change on form i 360 your card is being produced do they really send you a new card ?? i know it means vawa is approved but still confused

Hey rza👋😊 that's exactly what i was trying to find out from u..did u file for EAD under i360? I know you said u already had under c9..this means that u get it anyways..wether u filed for it or not? Shout out to all the approvals..👍👍👍 may y'all joy be complete and may this land favour u🙏😇

Hi folks! Hope you guys are having a good and blessing day.Im a vawa applicant. Married with a USC. Last wednesday My pro bono lawyer file i864,but not i864W.. What should I do? Will my application be denied for this mistake?

Did you  go to the Aos interview?. i looked at your timeline there was no mention of it.
