online status change for my approved  I-360 case

 

Hello anybody know what this mean?

my time line

 

Sep 2016 I-360 filed  and prima facie received

Aug 2017 RFE received  

Aug 2017 RFE replied

Dec 2017 I-360 approved 

Jan 2018  I-485  I765 file

April 2018 EAD received

 

i-485 online case status remain the same since Fec 2018 : Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction , my priority date is Sept 2016

BUT SOMETHING  CHANGE for the I-360 online case status below .  it was approved last year Dec, 2017 . but  just changed to this. 

ANYONE can explain or help?

Hello everyone,

I appreciate in advance if someone can guide me about the following situation:

One month after filing my I-360 I received an RFE of good moral conduct, I sent the RFE response on September 10th. Today I noticed that in one of the letters "Police Clearance" my second name, which is a name composed of two words, was written without the proper space, example:
 

Middle name: Del Alba
Name as it appears written in the letter: DelAlba

I would like to know your opinion on whether USCIS will grant me the Facie Premium and then send me a new RFE on that error, or if on the contrary they will deny my case considering that USCIS does not send an RFE twice for the same reason.
 

I appreciate your suggestions on what I should do about it ...

Form I-360 can be used in several cases .I mentioned that he lost the chance to file as a widow because the 2 year period in his case ended on 02/10/2018. As a widower, he didn't have to prove abuse just that he had a bonafide marriage, but this option is not viable anymore then he was left with the option based on abuse if he was abusive of course.

I applied Jan 13, 2017

got rfe on april 13 2018

they received my rfe on may 23 2018

and today on Oct 5 it said my card is being produced

my rfe was about good faith marriage,good moral character and proof if we lived together or not 

and i had 3 counts of misdemeanor

😊 i know🙏 did you apply for 1765 alongside ur 1360? Some people didn't and yet they still get the message that your card is being produced...I'm still trying to figure out how that works...
