Hello everyone im back for a while!, i know there are some people out there who is familiar on my case! Anyways i just want to share some a lil update on me!, we got a "Termination Noticed" from USCIS regarding on my previous visa last month June 1 2018..my question is  Do you guys think that my previous visa is already closed? Is it okay to apply a new k1 visa with my new boyfried?, we are  7 months in Relationship now and we just meet once for 2 weeks..  we plan to apply next month.  is it matter same year of my previous visa terminated and for a new k1 visa to apply?

You already got sufficient response in your previous thread. To sum it up - you can apply, you will face extra scruinity and questioning, no one can say what's the final decision will be. 

K1

29.11.2013 - NoA1

06.02.2014 - NoA2

01.04.2014 - Interview. 

AoS

03.2015 - AoS started.

09.2015 - Green Card received.  

RoC

24.07.2017 - NoA1.

01.08.2018 - RoC approved.
