Hi there we are preparing our I-134 package while waiting for our case to be received by NVC.

Under beneficiaries information the A-number is the number above the beneficiaries name on the NOA2 form correct?

When looking at Section 10 Dependent Info on the I-134 form should I be entering the beneficiaries information in that section?  And that they are wholly dependent on me for support?  And relationship would be fiancee? Or is this section referring to people who have sponsored others in the past?

Is a Tax transcript necessary or would 3 years worth of W2's suffice?  Some websites have indicated tax transcripts can a few weeks to generate and receive.

Lastly, will I have to get a letter from the bank indicating how long I've had an account with them for, total of deposits in the last year, etc?

Thanks in advance for the responses!

At least 1 year of tax return or tax return transcript is REQUIRED.  Just a w2 is an incomplete tax return so pick one or the other.  Tax return transcripts can be downloaded from the IRS website, mailed to you, or obtained from an IRS office.

If your income is enough you do not need to include bank statements.

the USC can get their tax transcripts online in minutes and print them off at home.

Thank you.  I will go ahead and request for the tax transcript.

Also I had a question regarding the i-134 form.  I hope you're able to answer this question.  When looking at Section 10, Dependent Info on the I-134 form should I be entering the name of my beneficiary?  And indicate that they are wholly dependent on me for support when they arrive?  And the obvious relationship would be fiancee.  Would I need to add additional comments to this?  OR does this mean if I currently have dependents who are wholly dependent on me?

We hope to fill this form out properly of course.  Thanks :)

Hey no you do not put the beneficiary in part 3, q10.  That would be if you had children, people who you've already filed a successful petition for (like a foreign ex spouse who is not yet a citizen) or someone you declare as a dependent on your taxes.  All of your fiancee's information goes in part 2, with the beneficiary info.
