Hi -

We just got notice from the NVC that our case has been sent to the Sydney Consulate.  I've filled out the I-134 paperwork and signed electronically in Adobe (it's my actual drawn signature - not one of the default ones created by Adobe).  Is that acceptable to bring to the interview, or do I need to sign and ship an original copy from the States to Australia?

Thanks,
Angela

Don't need to send the original copy to Australia. Not sure about the electronic signature. Might want to sign it the old fashioned way, scan it, and e-mail it just to be safe.

It needs to be a photocopy of a document with a real signature. I have the official  memo saved on my pc at home. I can send it later if you like.

Hi,

We did this a little over a year ago but I do know we made sure we had wet signatures on our paperwork.

If possible, I would try and get a wet signature on the paperwork and send it out as soon as possible. There is no such things as over-nightting anything to Australia (my husband I tried once and they quickest we got it was 3 or 4 days and that is when he paid for 2 day shipping...). Typically regular mail takes 3-4 weeks but has taken longer for us in the past, its pretty unpredictable.

Good luck!
