I Agree with @Wuozopo

 

I know your anxious to get over but seriously concentrate on packing and getting things ready and squared up in the UK.

 

Like get new debit cards so they have a longer expiry date on them. 

 

Sorting out household items, admin, packing up, sending items to the US, saying goood bye to friends and family.

 

Conectrate on them things and time will go more quickly.

 

You waited over 7 months + what's another few days / weeks?

I posted earlier, it changed to issued today  i am getting things sorted im just a terrible worrier & also excited to have my visa in hand, just like everyone else!

Jake is visiting my family again in October & then im flying back with him  then were doing a small ceremony in November!

Picked my visa up yesterday. Headed to USA next week cannot wait.  This process has taken way to long.

Hi there, I'm slightly relieved in reading your post. I had my interview on the 31st July, they got my medical results that same afternoon. My case has been in admin processing since, then to ready, then to case received and now back to admin processing. 

I'm hoping I won't have to wait longer than 9 days post interview to get an "issued" notice. How long did you wait in total from your interview date? Our wedding is booked for the 18th August and I'm FREAKING OUT!!! I'm also travelling with my 8yr old daughter. 

 

I appreciate any info you're happy to share.

This is why they advise you not to go ahead and book anything until you have your visa in hand! You'll just have to cross your fingers that it arrived in time. At this point there's not much you can do!

Ok, thanks for not answering my question. You seemed desperate to get some sort of comforting news when you were going through your process. I just asked a simple question. Forget I asked.

You must have me mixed up with another poster as I've never posted a question on this site, and certainly wasn't seeking comport at any stage as I knew what I was signing up for.

I got my visa exactly one week after my interview but every case is different so it's really hard for anyone to predict this for other people 

 

But you can't really ignore all advice then demand comfort from those you ignored, y'know! Honestly i hope it all works out for you and that you'll learn from this when you continue through the process as you could save yourself a lot of stress ☺️

My case was in AP for 5 working days after my interview on the 20th July

 

It was in ‘Issued’ for 2 working days until i got the email to say DX are delivering the following day!

 

Hopefully yours changes to issued in the next few days! I know how you feel, i was always checking CEAC tracker, keep us updated
