Like p-Ana said, 670 was only the medical appointment. 600 was blood test, x-ray and urine test. The two vaccines I had to take were 350.

They accept most of health insurances, but they require a higher coverage. Since mine was a basic health plan, it wouldn't cover the exams.

Hi guys, I was looking the answers in the post and wanted to try Help..

I did the appointment with the doctor this week in Belo Horizonte, the exams and price was:

X-ray: R$ 85 reais

Blood Test + Urine: R$ 140 reais

Vaccine: R$ 385 (DTAP + MMR + Varicela) reais

Appointment Doctor: $180 dollars

Good Luck...

To the doctor You need to print the page where show your appointment to the interview in Rio and Don't need to take pictures from You and your fiancé.

The best thing to do is call to the doctor  office and check all the documents is necessary to take when You go to make the exams ( The secretary’s from Dr Juliana was very nice on the phone to explain me about the documents).

At Day  in the interview in Rio, check the documents on the web site from the embassy and also take another document if You think will need to show.

The section about pictures is the documents that You will need to take in the day of your interview in Rio, that it’s a picture 5x5 or 5x7.

Also You will need to take 10 pictures 3x4 when go to the doctor.

Print the pages of the documents that is necessary to take to the interview in Rio and Keep all separate.

The validation from the exam is 6 months and You need to take 10 pictures like on the website.

Make your check list if You have all documents from your fiancé and Yours.

Even though the checklist says one 5x5 picture is required, if you click on the specifications website link, you will see they as for two pictures. So take 2.

In Sao Paulo, the doctor requires 10 3x4 pictures.
