Hi , i have some concerns about my denial chances for my K1 visa
my fiance is US Citizen and I'm from tunisia . I'm 18 and he's 23 . we both don't have any criminal record i didn't apply
for any kind of visa to entier the United States before
We met online in December 2017 .. since that we started talking everyday for hours using whatsapp , facebook ...
He did visit for the first time in June 2018 on my birthday and we spend one week together he met my family and even
my friends
He's coming back in December to spend 2 weeks here with me and we going to have an engagement party
we decied to start our visa in February or March I'm really scared that we'll get denied we want to close the distance
as soon as possible
And about my fiance he don't need the goverement support so he have a good income
should we hire a lawyer to help us or use Rapid Visa ?? or do it alone ??
do you guys have any advice for us whould be helpful !?
We truly love each other so much and we want to get married soon . We want to have a family together ..
P.S : my fiance used to be in a long distnace relationship before and he went to that girl is country and he needed a visa
to go there so i don't know if that going to be a problem for us or not ? Thanks !!

You are worried about NOTHING.  From what you wrote, there are no red flags that I see.  Spend as much time together as possible and have good evidence of a real relationship (pictures, receipts, boarding passes, etc) and you should have no problems.

U come from extremely high fraud country. Really young to be doing k1 visa also. There's so many red flags I really don't foresee it being approved. Also, there is a travel ban for Tunisia. Not sure how that will effect things also..

may want to really think about all this. Big step. And lots of red flags..

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

From a relationship standpoint you both seem to have a normal case, so I would not be concerned about getting denied or anything like that. Your fiancee will need to start collecting the initial docs for i-129f and provide proof of having meet in person. If you have read the instructions thats pretty straight forward.

Again, no need to be concerned if you have a true relationship and evidence for that. Make sure you document and save all of your whatsapp messages, as well as facebook, photos with you and family and is possible flight tickets. Good luck

Be careful with an engagement party!!! Please don't have one. Especially not when you guys dress up fancy and it looks all official and things. Sometimes these things can make it look like you already got married on that day and you will be too married for a K1. So have a get together for friends and family but don't make it into anything that looks official.

thank you so much for this advice literally we were going to do a big engagement party with a white dress and alot of people hahaha:rolleyes: so we need to think about it again i think

Omg love I'm so happy you got on the forums before you did. You have no idea how often that goes wrong. Just search the forums for Visa denied after engagement party. It's so so sad.

I wish you all the best love. Big hugs and good luck!

A big engagement party and a white dress may look (in the eyes of the embassy) as a wedding ceremony. Just be aware that many times they deny a K1 visa for this matter only. I would stay away from anything that look like a traditional wedding.

This is all wrong. There is no travel ban for Tunisia. It is not high fraud.

My wife and I had an engagement party, and she brought pics to the interview BUT she definitely wasn't wearing a white dress. There was also a sign in the background in the pics that included the words "Engagement ".

To me - the only concern would be that you started dating/talking when you were 17. I have known other cases (they were married - not doing a K1) and they had begun their online discussions when one of them was 17 and it was heavily emphasized on what was said and done with a "minor"

If he didnt visit you until you were 18 that's less problematic, but make sure that your conversations/submissions from before you met are all "clean"
