Hello everyone!

I just wondering, did you experience the same situation? Please, share. I had an AOS interview for I485/I360 in LA 07/10/2018. IO gave us notice that they will hold the decision on the case. And today I got update on the case that "Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction" and they sent the case to NBC, Lee's Summit. I confused because I read that after when I360 approved then Vermont sends the case to NBC and then NBC schedules an appointment and sends the case to the local office for interview. I had an AOL interview on 07/10/2018 and after that LA immigr. office on 7/17/2018 sent my case to NBC. Did somebody expirience the same? Is it gonna be the second AOS interview?

Hello everybody!

Please, share your experience with NBC. My case transffered to NBC after my GC (I485/I360) interwiev to speed up processing. Can't understand this for bad reason or for good reason?

Today I contact LA congressman to inquiry about why the local office after AOS interview sent my case to NBC? I'll share what is going on. But I didn't get any answers for my topic. Please, if you have a time - answer. Thanks.

Please join the VAWA thread in this subforum. You'll probably get answers there.

I have no idea why your case went back to NBC. You probably wont have a second interview. The best I can say is they are probably doing background checks/fingerprint stuff. Sometimes they do the 485 interview before all the behind the scenes stuff is done rather then delay your interview. In those cases you are interviewed first and then they process all the stuff and approve you/send your card.
