SO AFTER I SEND THE STUFF TO MY FIANCE' (AFTER THE NOA2 WAS APPROVED) WHAT IS NEXT FOR ME (THE PETITIONER) AND ALSO WHAT DOES HE DO....DOES HE JUST WAIT FOR THE EMBASSY TO CALL HIM?? :huh:

ANY SUGGESTIONS? ADVICE? INPUT?

2/15/07--Completed gathering documents, completed I-129F

2/26/07--I-129F arrives at CSC

2/27/07-- NOA1

2/28/07-- Check cashed

3/1/07-- Touched

3/7/07--Cleared check shows in my account

3/7/07--NOA1 hard copy

5/17/07--Touched (PLEASE NO RFE)

5/18/07--Touched again

OK THANKS!! SHOULD I SEND MY FIANCE THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR HIM TO FILL OUT FOR THE EMBASSY, OR DOES THE EMBASSY PROVIDE THEM? (DS-156K ETC.) WILL HE NEED THOSE FILLED OUT BEFORE FOR THE INTERVIEW??

The embassy will send him the documents, or if you dnt want to wait he can print them out from this website http://travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/forms/forms_1342.html

as soon as the embassy sents you the DS-230 form you have to fill it out and return it, otherwise your interview will be delayed.
