I have made it clear how I feel about rapists many times in CEHST, even in this post.  Have in fact been called out for being barbaric in my views.  But they are still my views, and I don’t plan on changing them for anyone.  Rapists should be put to death.  Or at least have their sexual organs removed for their first offense, and death for the second.

I have a hard time with that statement. Mutilating someone will not prevent them from acting upon further crimes. Death penalty certainly, but I'm too conflicted on that point.

  We talked about some of these before. The seizure get's overturned in court, but people lose most of the money in attorney's fee's. Knowing this, the government offers a settlement so that they can keep half. 

 

   I tell ya, if up and coming crooks want to succeed and work better hours, they should get one of these jobs. The skill sets are the same.

Let's make something clear: a woman does not let a rape happen. It happens, period. And it happens because of the actions of the person that chooses to rape. If a woman says no, she means no. And to be fair, it should never reach the point where a woman has to forcibly say no, if a man had any respect about him.

 

Hopefully what you meant was someone who chose to have consensual sex and then lied about it afterwards for a payday. There's a clear distinction. You may ask why I'm getting a little concerned about your statement if that wasn't your intent - well, there are some cases where a woman says no or is incapacitated and cannot say no. There are also other cases where the woman does not fight her attacker, she simply shuts down as a method of self-protection and preservation. This often leads the woman to blame herself that she did not make it clear enough of a no, or for not fighting. Meanwhile her attacker may try to use this in court against her. Abusive boyfriends or husband may also try such tactics, which cause the woman in the relationship to 'submit' under pressure or threat of violence.

Since you asked, allow me to clarify.  No means no, and no is not just a word.  Unless a woman is giving herself to a man willingly, then it’s a big fat NO.

Any time a woman is fighting a man off, unless it is a fantasy between lovers, means no, period.  Whether she verbalizes it, or whether she cowers in fear, or tries to fight to keep a man from penetrating her defenses... all are resounding NO’s in my mind.  

There are enough Stormy Daniels in the world that no man should ever have to force himself on a woman.  Pay for it, beg for it, but to take it against her will?  Should never happen.  Drunk, comatose, inebriated, scared... whatever reason someone uses as a “yes” signal, they deserve to be prosecuted, period.

And if I ever happened upon someone raping my daughter, or ANY woman or child, for that matter, they had better pray that the cops beat their average arrival time.  I would proudly make the wrath of a woman scorned seem like child’s play, were I ever put in that situation.
