What is the likelihood that right after the election, we would see an uptick in rapes just because Trump was elected? Exactly zero, which is why the absurd reactions we saw are laughable.  An election does not mean that a bunch of men suddenly become deranged and start breaking the law to wantonly have their way with women.  To think it would borders on crazy.

As to the remarks Trump made about women wanting him, pretty much true.  It was true for Kennedy, Hefner, Martin L. King, Clinton and many more.  Some women will throw themselves at rich and powerful men, and it's not always for love.

I'm not saying that a bunch of men "suddenly become deranged" I am talking about the ones who are already deranged and get the idea that their thoughts and "urges" or whatever the heck it is that drives men to rape is legitimate and okay.

The bolded part is BS and a dumb excuse for rich men to sexually assault women. Isn't Clinton accused of rape? Wasn't Kennedy using prostitutes for his sex addiction? Just because a woman doesn't say no, doesn't mean she wants it.

I dont remember anyone thinking they would get raped because Clinton was in office or because his enabler was given an almost 100% chance of moving him back in the white house.

Sorry and I know I sound like MCP for saying this, but if you pursue a woman and she lets you and doesn't tell you no, that's on her.

Many of the women women complaining about Weinstein , slept their way to the top  and now want to pretend somehow it was rape.  Its like women who claim they were physically abused that were not. Makes it harder on those that are. It happens everyday.

And that is why for example in Sweden they had to change the law so that a woman pretty much has to give a verbal yes for sex. Because men came up with a bunch of stupid excuses such as "she was asking for it because of the way she was dressed" or "she didn't say no/fight me off" (well she was piss drunk, unconscious). Some women "let" a guy rape them because they are scared of what is going to happen if she starts fighting back (being beaten, killed).

not just because trump was elected, because a proud misogynist was elected. exactly zero? prove it.

and here we go. let's have the men all explain why trump is right, sexual assault is okay if you're famous and rich, women are gold diggers and liars. and crazy.

id rather have YOU prove that more women were raped the next day due to the election which of course you cant and I know you are smart enough to know my argument is correct if course, you cannot agree with me publicly which i fully understand but one night does not influence the crime rate either way

i'm sure you would rather me prove it.

you're having the wrong argument anyway, probably purposefully..more rapes the next day is not what anyone is talking about. we're talking about women fearing the effects of a misogynist leader and society's acceptance of that misogynist by voting/supporting him.

i would actually disagree with you without a filter in private, hopefully you fully understand that as well.

There is ZERO excuse for rape.  Not clothing, not attitude, nothing.  Only a sick person would rape another, period.  (Minus the few cases where a woman lets it happen then cries rape afterwards for fortune/fame).

Any man who rapes a woman while she's drunk should have his privates removed; that would solve much of the problem.

A woman lets a rape happen? Hmmm.

Let's make something clear: a woman does not let a rape happen. It happens, period. And it happens because of the actions of the person that chooses to rape. If a woman says no, she means no. And to be fair, it should never reach the point where a woman has to forcibly say no, if a man had any respect about him.

Hopefully what you meant was someone who chose to have consensual sex and then lied about it afterwards for a payday. There's a clear distinction. You may ask why I'm getting a little concerned about your statement if that wasn't your intent - well, there are some cases where a woman says no or is incapacitated and cannot say no. There are also other cases where the woman does not fight her attacker, she simply shuts down as a method of self-protection and preservation. This often leads the woman to blame herself that she did not make it clear enough of a no, or for not fighting. Meanwhile her attacker may try to use this in court against her. Abusive boyfriends or husband may also try such tactics, which cause the woman in the relationship to 'submit' under pressure or threat of violence.

There have been cases where women have sex with men, then later claim it was rape.  That is what I was referring to.

I have made it clear how I feel about rapists many times in CEHST, even in this post.  Have in fact been called out for being barbaric in my views.  But they are still my views, and I don’t plan on changing them for anyone.  Rapists should be put to death.  Or at least have their sexual organs removed for their first offense, and death for the second.

That you cannot prove it was my point.  And there is no need to; logic dictates that the premise is false.  There has been no change in the country due to your so-called misogynist president taking over.

I do understand.  It’s not in your DNA to agree with anything I say.  And that’s fine.

It sure as hell hasn't gotten any better.

It was a bad day in court for Donald Trump’s efforts to silence women

Well, until we can round up all the sex offenders and kill them, it never will.

Did I say that's what I want? And I am not just talking about sex offenders. I'm talking about misogynist ####### who have to harass women at their workplace. Or making creepy comments in public or any other place.
