Hello!

I got confirmation today that at this point mine and my husband's approved petition has been transferred to NVC and they have received and that at this point we are awaiting the assignment of an NVC case number. Can anyone provide insight into how long this has been taking?

Thanks!

My K1 petition approval was July 3rd, 2018 arrived at NVC on July 17,2018, I called on July 19th,2018 and they had my case number and invoice number. Just today July 24th,2018 I saw the status change from" at NVC " to "In Transit" to embassy.  My packet was only at NVC a week and shipped out. Guess the few 20 spots I included in my packet did some good.... LOL. But I think the K1 petitions move quickly thru the NVC stage compared to CR-1 visas.
