Proof of Relationship

Hello all,

I am preparing for our interview date, June 20, and we have a ton of pictures but nearly all but our wedding pictures are digital. For security reasons I will assume a USB or CDs are out. What happens if the pictres don't have the date on them, in red like most camaras have? My question is do I just write on the back the date and location and sign them?

Where might I find guidlines as to how to present pictures?

I've seen this question posed many times. The majority of VJers suggest printing out your photos and handwriting the date and event on the back. But, I've also read where entire sheets of photographs have been submitted.

I don't think there's a right or wrong answer, but why not be on the safe side and print them out individually.

It doesn't exist a guide for the pictures, if you have digital pics just print them and write on the back date and location. And good luck

Since it is a digital copy, you can write the description in the pictures using Photoshop. Then, have it printed and paste it in a bond paper.

When my husband and I submitted evidence, we had no dates on our pictures. We printed out a couple on the computer and submitted those, along with a CD (which of course they didn't look at). I don't think the date's important. Why would it be? I think the point is to prove that you're married. And wedding pictures should be enough to prove that.

As far as proving the length of time you've been together, then it might be important to write dates on the photos. We didn't do that, nor did we sign the photos. We simply submitted photos, along with a slew of emails between us over the past ten years.
