If the OP chooses to self-deport he will avoid ICE detention and immigration court (and very possible forced deportation).

Clearly, OP has been violated the visa requirements, but deport or anything like that is the job of government. We're as members just give the best advice.

Darn, I thought being members allowed us to deport people too

That's a good one:jest:. Also the "Important Disclaimer" on the bottom of the page says: "VisaJourney.com does not condone immigration fraud in any way, shape or manner. VisaJourney.com recommends that if any member or user knows directly of someone involved in fraudulent or illegal activity, that they report such activity directly to the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement." Pretty sure it was the same 2 years ago:

Really, can you give us actual links please? The uscis Facebook page keeps publishing stories of how they have been revoking green cards from people who lied to get them in the first place, which is certainly the case for the OP. I’d be very curious to see which of these cases have been “successfully overcome”. Links to as many as you know of, please. (I briefly looked at the type of waiver you posted and can’t see how OP might qualify. )

https://www.thakerlaw.com/blog/ina-section-237a1h-waiver-granted-in-immigration-court/... this is one of the link from a lawyer.. you are right! There are certain requirements in order for Op to qualify for that.. I will find more as well..

...and not condone immigration fraud. This was very clearly in that category and not any kind of honest mistake judging from user’s previous posts. It’s people like this that make it harder for genuine applicants.

there are cases like these before and they were successfully overcame that issue.. kitty cat wont help.. need an experienced attorneys.. this waiver will take care of that.. and yes Attorney can help him out!!

Ha. Ha.  He purposely hide the fact that he was married.  He had a child.

No attorney can help undo this fraud.  He was married and lied to get a visa under the F2b category which required him to be UNMARRIED.

The case you cited, the family had no idea that she was married.  Very different fact pattern.

Exactly. As you alluded, OP knew two years ago, and was advised against applying for a visa. He still went ahead and intentionally lied about marital status. And returns another two years later, still not convinced. Just makes it that much harder for genuine Morocco applicants.

This shouldn't be condoned nor attorneys, etc advised.
