Hi, You can start calling them to get your case #,  Wait a least one week, After you get your case number you can start to check your case status at ceac .. After ceac get your case you will have to wait like 2 weeks to get the letter but with your case number you are ready to go ...

a lot of people aren't receiving letters, just an e-mail once the case is in transit to your consulate. some receive the letter after this also. as it's been more 2 weeks for you now i would have the petitioner call the NVC to obtain your case number so that you may move forward if you're able to.

usually the next steps are to book your medical, complete the DS-160, and schedule your interview. However, each consulate works differently so you would need to research what happens at the consulate you would be having the interview at.
