K-1 issue

Seems straight forward to me, but I wanted to know and keep my bases covered.

I filed 129f with all bases covered.

My Fiance will be 25 and from Philippines, accordingly she will need a form of Parental Advice.

Problem is, she's an orphan and has no contact with her parents, nor has a Legal Guardian.

So I'm stuck as to what we should use to get passed this requirement.

Maybe pastor? or not worry about it for the interview?

If she's 25, there's no issue. If she's 24, you could just wait until she turns 24 to avoid the issue.

Also - this is your second K-1 visa sponsorship from the Philippines?

You can take a look at this.

I was looking at that, but now I get it. Between 18 and 25. So 19-24 needs it.

Yes, why?

My first choice was the bad apple of the group. I knew nothing about the culture and behaviors, so I ended up playing the "hero"

Over the years, learned a lot about the culture and learned to tell who's real and who's not. More importantly, learned what I like and don't like in Filpina's and got a really good one this time.

No, I wasn't sure if your profile was appearing correctly or not :) I didn't mean anything by it.

As long as she's 25, she's good to apply without any additional paperwork. It's a good hurdle not to have. There's enough already with the K1 process!

Yea it's correct.

Very annoying, I've cleared it from my Timeline, but still showing and have asked an admin to clear it, not sure where it's coming from or how to unlink it from my account.

Click on your name at the tog and the menu should drop down. Click on 'Account Settings.'

Then go to 'signature'

It should let you update it there, if you would like.

Got it thanks,

I thought it was a Signature, but didn't know where to go to kill it.

Even if she was younger, that requirement doesn't apply since she is marrying in the US. That requirement is only for marrying in the Philippines.
