Hello dears ,

Our interview was on 5th of july and we have been told to get more documents (administrative process ) and send the documents with the passport since then they keep calling us for documents they already have and they are taking 3 to 4 days to reply an email and we are disparate to leave cause my husband’s father is very sick , my husband is an America citizen but living here with me in egypt can he go to the embassy to set everything up with then and explain our situation. They keep asking about a proof of domicile for sponsor and joint sponsor and tax transcript . Please help if anyone went through this . TIA

If you believe you have already submitted the information to respond to the request, then send the information again

If you have any doubt that perhaps they need something additional, then you should secure a joint sponsor and submit the appropriate paperwork AND you should perhaps do some research on what evidence will demonstrate domicile and then provide that

A job offer is not proof of domicile it is proof of a job. You need to prove that you have secured a place to live and intends to live there. If they ask for something you already sent them specifically then send it again. If they just ask for information about your co sponsor then the information you sent may not have been sufficient. For a co-sponsor they need an I-134, US tax returns or transcripts, poor of on going income I.E. letter from employer or current pay stubs, bank statements, possibly letter from bank, and proof of any other liquid assets you want considered.

A bank statement ,rental contract or bills would be good for a proof for co sponsor?

No, rental contract would be perfect for proof of domicile but has nothing to do with a co sponsor. For a co-sponsor they need an I-134, US tax returns or transcripts, poor of on going income I.E. letter from employer or current pay stubs, bank statements, possibly letter from bank, and proof of any other liquid assets you want considered. You also need to have your Husbands US tax returns or proof that he was not required to file. Maybe tell us exactly what you have submitted for proof of domicile and proof of assets for your co sponsor so we can help you a little better.
