First off thank you for reading my profile.

I am married serious about divorce and considering marriage with a lawyer in pakistan. I know you think he is using me but i have talked to his family.

He needs a tourist Visa but will my spouse find out. I dont want to jeopardize my marriage if he is the wrong choice which i know he is not. My husband is not good to me.

The question is will my spouse know? He will only stay 2 weeks.

Thank you for your time

first and fore most he is USING you. he probably has kids family everything and just want to get visa. But what you are doing is plainly wrong, your cheating on your husband with someone who JUST want visa. He will never keep you, your just gonna lose your husband and money. STOPPPP giving your self hope as if he loves you... BLAH BLAH BLAH. ALL THAT IS CRAPPPPP.  HE DOES NOT LOVE YOU JUST WANT VISA AND HE IS USING YOU. PERIOD.......... UNDERSTOOD.............

Please think this through before making any rush decisions.

1.  If he is Muslim (which I assume he is) - his family would not be ok with him hanging out with a female he is not married to.   Let alone one who is already married.

2.  Divorcing your husband first would be the best option before bringing someone from another country.  Just not worth it.

3.  If you are not from his culture RESEARCH it well!  There are a lot of adjustments that have to be made to make a relationship like this work.  Please make sure you are up for it before you dive too deep.  Not all American woman can handle it and not all Pakistani men can handle an American lots understanding of each other has to be made.

Don't be scared by all the horror stories but be ever so educated and get to know this man before you go to far.

This is what crossed in my mind too...

and being in the high fraud country, like I am, using an invitation letter from someone resides in US will not helping. He needs to convice the officer that he has strong ties in his country. Honestly that invitation letter is usually be the reason why tourist visa got denied.

maybe try not being married before being taken in by a scammer who is trying to use you to get to the US.....  he doesnt love you, hes not a lawyer, hes probably married with kids, and a letter wouldn't do anything anyways.

if you want a divorce, get a divorce. otherwise suck it up and be married and stop talking to other men.

If you are so bored in your marriage that you are looking online for the next victim, get out of that marriage, your husband deserves better,  As for not getting out before a trial run with your hot prospect,  he is as fake as the naked pics of his genital area that have you so anxious to do this.  You really should get offline for awhile and think this through.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

As others have said, he will have to get a tourist visa on his own merit. Pakistan is not an easy country to get a tourist visa or a marriage visa from - there are people on here who have made 7+ trips and spent years trying and are still unsuccessful.  @Love To Teach

Furthermore, if he is able to get a tourist visa and comes to visit you, and it goes well - at some point in time, if you decide to divorce your husband and pursue this relationship, they will see that this relationship started while you were still married - not even legally separated, and it could cause more problems for you.

If you do not want to be married, then divorce your husband first and pursue other opportunities after.
