Hello,

I sent a Form I-129F for a K1 visa on March 26, 2017 without a copy of the divorce in Arabic for the beneficiary, but I attached a copy of the translation of the divorce in English and a written certificate from the translator confirming the authenticity of the translation

Is it possible to get RFE because of this.

I would say it's possible. Translations should always be accompanied by a copy of the original document.

USCIS says: "Any foreign language document must be accompanied by a full English translation that the translator has certified as complete and correct, and by the translator's certification that he or she is competent to translate the foreign language into English." The word accompanied is key, it means the foreign language document must be submitted as well as the translation.
