I have been here in the states for 20 years

You have been here all those years as a Legal Permanent Resident....not a United States citizen.

You now know your mistake, find ways to rectify and guard your current LPR status.

Just renewed my WA DL, and they asked if I wanted to register to vote/continue being an organ donor. I'm hoping they have on their file that I am a US citizen, because if not anyone could say yes by mistake if not paying attention.

As mentioned by others, the act of voting is a different matter.

I was denied us citizenship with n-400 form and interview ( i passed the interview) but when i was asked if i voted presidency in 2016 and i realized i did by mistake. Not sure what to do now that i denied citizenship due to good moral character that i did not meet because i vote illegaly. Anyone experience the same? Need advices and tips as i plan to appeal with n-336 form and need to renew my permanent resident as well since it is going to expire in two

months from now.

Like others have mentioned here already, I would highly recommend finding a good immigration attorney asap, so they can help figure out your next steps. However, it does not look good for you based on what you have shared. Where is your home country? Can your kids go live there with you? There is a good chance that you could get deported for this offense. Good luck!
