Married and a girlfriend at the same time. Then girlfriend wins DV lottery and suddenly a divorce and remarriage happens. I don't see this going well for you. Sounds very fishy, and a CO is gonna smell the fish.

Without undergoing the Consular training, if i was the CO I’ll suspect you both... Let her go first... Then join her in future if you truly love her

why not let the GF proceed as single, and then you figure out your marriage first? (some people might be in the process of separation and  "being married" is just on paper - but no longer staying together).

then once she is in the USA, provided DV  is still on going (no changes in the law), she can petition for you once you are divorced and married to her?

Once she’s in the US as a LPR, DV becomes irrelevant. Any petition from that stage would have to be on the basis of a spouse visa, not DV.

This is why immigration is getting harder and harder for those who really are in a relationship and who really trying to do the right thing.

Exactly. Then people blame the immigration system and the COs, when it’s really the bad behavior of their compatriots that is to blame for the cynicism.

Do you ever take notice that its always a NEWBIE that poses such questions and then they disappear never to return LOL.  Sometimes I wonder if the USCIS/NVC/whoever posts these questions just to start stuff on VJ out of boredom.

I currently married, my girlfriend won DV lottery this year.
Will immigration officer consider situation as fraud  if I'll divorce with wife and marry girlfriend? We have real relationship with girlfriend, but we have not many proofs ( 2 travel to US together....).
How can I show that our relationship is real?
Have we chance to get visa ? Is it a big risk to get bun for future  visas in case of reject?

In order to accurately answer the question we need proofs of all of the relationships with photos and details
