When YOUR filing comes through? No. You will have to wait until you are a citizen and petition for them at that time. 

They can apply for a visitor visa to visit you, or you can visit them - but they key is VISIT - not live.

Sadly, no.  You may not take your parents with you when your USC husband files for you.  He will file the spousal visa and when you become a US citizen you may petition for your own parents.

Like above, you as the spouse and eventually green card holder (permanent resident) can move and live in the US; but your parents will only be able to visit.

 

Once you're a US citizen you could petition for your parents to become permanent residents, if that category is even alive at that point with immigration reform looming.

No, your parents can not immigrate with you.  Your husband only petitioned for you.  He can not petition for parents-in-laws.

 

Your parents can only visit if they qualify for visitor visas or the VWP.  They will qualify or be denied based on their circumstances.  You and your husband can not help them get visitor visas.

 

In about 3-4 years, you can apply for citizenship.  ONLY after you become a US citizen, you can petition for your parents to immigrate.

I'm curious on what basis you thought your parents could come along with you?

 

Once you are a US citizen, you can petition for them to receive green cards and live permanently in the US.  That's provided immigration laws do not change by then.

They have been talking about ending or controlling 'Chain Migration" as it's called.

100%. Once you come to the US and apply for citizenship, allow another 1.5 years for N400 processing and 7 or so for their visa to be processed.

Exactly. It's in place now obviously as current law,  as no one seems to  be able to agree on anything in congress (what a surprise); but given the OP's situation and timeline, I would really like to think within the next year they could push something through finally.

To each their own, but the idea of marrying and moving abroad is that you are starting a life with your spouse...other than under 21 children, there's no reason nor legal basis for another family member follow the spouse.
