Any news guys? I submit an outside processing time request and wait for two weeks. Then they email me and said I'm not the petitioner to my mum and they don't want to answer why my mum case got so long

We got direct to Nebraska uscis office. Our priority day is 07/02

My status still says on July 2, 2018 my application was received. Has anyone gotten an update yet?

You may need to call them and put a request to check your case, mine was outdated and within a couple of days of submitting the request through USCIS I got an interview notice.
