 I believe you need to say "YES" to the first question as you just sent your mum's application august 10 because they have received that petition by now. Am not sure about the second question

Hi everyone! I didn't submit the G1145 form and am wondering how to rectify it. Is there any option in the USCIS website where I can fill and submit it? I just need to get updates

08/02/18-sent to USCIS

08/03/18-PR DATE

08/10/18- I-130 has received and is processing

09/06/18-finger print done

 

have anyone receive anything after finger print?

Received a text message for one parent - I-485 status updated. Online status shows Card/Document production.
No update on other parent.

It said I-485 card, which means Green Card.

  It is visa fraud for your parents to enter with a tourist visa with the intent of staying.
