Hi all,

Just about to submit our I-129F but confused as to whether I should try to get my latest travel info from here https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/home If I do, do I have to add all the travel information on the I-129F or just submit the I-94?  The form states that you don't have to submit if not in USA but the notes state that the most recent visit should be added.  What did other people do?

Thanks

Keith

The form has changed a bit since we submitted ours back in 2016; but we didn't put any of that info.

He had a SSN already so didn't use the "A" # spot; but again even under "latest arrival" and I-94 departure record number and all that info we left it blank even though he had been in the US twice before for J-1 internships for a period of 18-20 months total and had US addresses listed on his former residences in the last 5 years page and all.

We had an agency do ours for the I-129f(im terrible with paperwork somedays haha but we did the AOS ourselves) but honestly had no issues. No RFE's, nothing; but if you have the info you can fill it out on the form. Don't think you need to submit a copy of it.
