Do I submit an I-94 document

Hi all,

         Just about to submit our I-129F but confused as to whether I should try to get my latest travel info from here https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/home If I do, do I have to add all the travel information on the I-129F or just submit the I-94?  The form states that you don't have to submit if not in USA but the notes state that the most recent visit should be added.  What did other people do?

I submitted just the most recent i-94 even though I wasn't in the US at the time of filing. My petition was approved without an RFE

Hi there, thanks for your reply.  I was planning on including the most recent I-94 but wasn't sure if I should also complete parts 38a - 38h on the form as well(mainly because the form does state that 38a - 38h should be completed if beneficiary is in the USA -.which I am not.  I was planning on just adding a note to the effect that my latest I-94 was included as an attached sheet.

That's exactly what I did   I included the I-94 as an attached sheet and added it to my list of documents in my cover letter. I didn't complete the sections that specified the beneficiary being in the US, because like you I wasn't there at the time. Good luck!
