Thanks,  someone posted a picture with case number on it and does know how to delete it. Can you please help?

Usually the moderators catch those.  The OP can remove pictures from their posts.  They just need to remove the picture from their "My Attachments" section of their profile settings.  Once they remove it there it will be off the post.

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.

Does USCIS require a waiver if you have filed more than on marriage Visa?

Do they ask about your criminal background like they do in the K1 Visa?

Now that I am reading this closer...are you talking spousal visa or fiancee visa?  The K-1 does require a waiver for multiple K-1 filings.  In my case, I did a K-1 and a CR-1.  I do not need a waiver.

The CR-1 does not have the same criminal background questions like the K-1.  In fact, the CR-1 did not have a single question about arrests of the petitioner.
