Hi All,

This New Topic is for Pending I-751 applicants  regarding the new USCIS update regarding receiving new Form I-797 Receipt Notices ( extending  12 to 18 months because current processing times  As of June 11, 2018).

https://www.uscis.gov/news/alerts/update-form-i-797-receipt-notices-form-i-751-and-form-i-829

I still have not received any new Notice inspite of almost 1.5 month after the issue of this USCIS News Alert.

Can anybody confirm whether they( or their law firm, etc)  have received any new I-797 Receipt Notices  or are we supposed to quickly have I-551 Stamp on our passport rather than waiting for this Receipt Notice.

Many Thanks,

Sameer
