Hi everyone, 

iam US citizen filling for my mother to immigrate to us from Morocco, but I just want confirm what supporting dcs I need to send with I130, 

also my dad passed away long time ago, do I need to send anything about that. Any help is vey much appreciated!!!!!!!!

Your birth cert 

 

Photos of you and your mum from childhood to adulthood.

 

Her husbands death cert.

 

Phone records.

 

And any supporting documents you think you have.

Family book page of ur parent and ur page as well .

Ur parent marriage certificate if possible .

All translated .

Visitations to morocco passport stamps or anything that show ur relation to Morocco and mother .

Its always better to have a strong case at beginning before interview .
