NVC changed the way to submit documents and pay fees.

I got my case number by email on Thursday 7/19. There is somethings changed. 

We must scan and upload documents and financial evidences on CEAC site.

No more DS-261 form, choose agent and address.

Pay 2 bill fees at a time.

Yes,i have gone through the same procedure first you need to login to CEAC site by putting NVC case number & invoice ID number then pay the required fees,fill the application after that upload the scanned copies of required civil documents.

It's way better & faster than mailing your documents .I got my case complete email right after 7 working days.

18 working days ,It's a step by step process.My husband paid fees on 29th june, Got a complete

case email on 16th July.
