Hi everyone!

My NOA1 was Feb 7th... Still waiting for NOA2.

How long did it take to get NOA2?

Who should fill the ds-form? US petitioner or nigerian fiance?

Can the us citizen make the interview appt?

What are the next steps after noa2?
