I’m a permanent resident and i adjusted my status from asylum granted by USCIS, (main applicant) our relationship it’s not in good shape and the divorce it’s a way out, so she adjusted her status at the same time i did (that was september 16) i got my GC by March 17’ but her case got stuck on fingerprints fee was received, it’s 2018 and still pending, we went two times to to an uscis offices for info-pass appointment and the officers said those 2 times that we should wait and that’s it,  could she be affected if we get divorce? I wish Our relationship gets better soon but it’s something we might face.

We got married in our country but unfortunately the relationship went down, i just found that she’s filing divorce through our consulate without telling me, so i think it’s unfair  to be honest, what’s the procedure to let USCIS know about this issue? Should i hire a lawyer?

you don't have to inform uscis of anything. She has asylum and can adjust on her own. It has nothing to do with you anymore.
